EPIC MANILA GETAWAY PROMO RULES
1) “THE EPIC MANILA GETAWAY” RAFFLE PROMO (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo”) is a promotion by the brands iConnect and Buddy of Choice Phone, LLC, with co-sponsorship by Resorts World Manila (RWM) and Philippine Airlines (PAL) – the three entities to be collectively and severally known hereinafter as the “Sponsors”. The promotion duration will run on Guam from 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012, until 11:59 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2012. (hereinafter the “Promo Period”).
DRAWING DATE and VENUE: The drawing will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 (hereinafter the “Drawing Date”), starting at 5pm – at which time we will select, by random drawing from a bin, the Winners of the Promo. Venue for the draw will be the Center Court of Micronesia Mall. Must be present to win.LAST MINUTE ENTRIES: To accommodate last minute entries, consumers will be allowed to purchase iConnect products and avail of raffle ballots but only on September 8, 2012, during the drawing itself: customers present at the venue will be allowed to purchase iConnect products at the iConnect store in Micronesia Mall and avail of raffle ballots up to the time the raffle bin is closed, approximately 15 minutes before the last prize is drawn.

1st WAY TO ENTER: For every $10 purchase made on iConnect/Buddy phone cards or iConnect/Buddy products at Mobil Stations in Guam, or any of the five iConnect outlets – Micronesia Mall, GPO, Agana Shopping Center, Yigo Payless and iConnect main office, you will receive one (1) entry coupon. Spend $20 dollars and receive two (2) entry coupons and so on. Does not apply to iConnect/Buddy subscription payments. Only purchases made, with original receipts intact and dated within promo period would qualify for entry coupons. Entry coupons must be redeemed at time of purchase. Redemption of entry coupons at a later date after purchase will not be honored, except in cases at the start of the promo period when some Mobil and iConnect outlets may not yet have the ballots available.2nd WAY TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. You can enter the Contest by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to iConnect, 543 A Top Plaza Bldg. North Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning, Guam 96913, Attn: EPIC MANILA GETAWAY. Limited to: One entry per day, per self addressed stamped envelope. Envelopes must be postmarked to us no later than August 21, 2012. 3)
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older and is holding a valid passport. Employees of Choice Phone, LLC, Resorts World Manila, Philippine Airlines, Mobil Oil, their licensees, the licensees’ parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Sponsors’ advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Only one (1) prize per winner in this Promotion. In case a winner’s name is drawn again, the second ballot will be discarded.
Each winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address and date of birth to claim a prize. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsors will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsors will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Winners must submit all required tax information and sign all applicable tax, disclaimer and waiver forms in order to claim their prizes.
4) PRIZES TO BE AWARDED IN THE PROMO ARE: 5 GRAND PRIZES
Roundtrip coach airfare (GUM-MNL-GUM) on Philippine Airlines for two (2) people - five (5) winners will be drawn
- five (5) vouchers for hotel accommodations (twin sharing) from Resorts World Manila for 3 days and 2 nights, valid from October 20 – 22, 2012
- meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) – are included for the duration of the trip
- availing of the grand prizes: all winners are to avail of their prizes all together, on the indicated times and dates, and locations stipulated by the Sponsors, and will abide by the schedules to be issued by the Sponsors, particularly with regard to the airline flight schedules and room assignments at the host hotel as well as seating assignments in flight and for the sponsored meals and ground transportation arrangements
- the winners shall be accompanied on the trip by representatives from the media and/or a photo and video team for documentation, supervised by representatives of the Sponsors
The five (5) GRAND PRIZES include airline tickets from sponsor Philippine Airlines, with hotel accommodations and meals provided by sponsor Resorts World Manila, including airport transfers to and from Ninoy Aquino International Airport 2 (PAL Terminal) and RWM.Certain travel restrictions may apply. If a winner is unable to travel on dates specified by the Sponsors, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of taxes, unsponsored meals, tips and ground transportation other than airport transfers, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel. The winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsors, the Sponsors’ sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the un-awarded portion of the prize. All entries must contain the signature of the person joining the promotion. The signature constitutes that person’s agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of this promotion. All prize certificates must be claimed during the drawing, and presented at the iConnect Main office at the address below, no later than 5 working days from the Drawing Date in order to confirm their availability for the trip.There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.
