VoiceMail
Divert your calls to your private voice mailbox when your phone is busy, out of coverage or turned off. Record your own greeting, designate a name for the box plus install a password to ensure security of your messages. To avail this VoiceMail, the call forwarding feature should be first activated. A one time fee of $10 shall be charged.
Call Forwarding
Incoming calls can be diverted to a pre-programmed forward-to number which could be your office, home or answering service. Feature can be programmed through your handset. There is a one-time activation fee of $10.
There are 5 types of call forwarding. Call Forwarding Unconditional diverts all incoming calls automatically. Call Forwarding Busy diverts calls when you have an active cellular or radio call. Call Forwarding No Answer diverts calls when your handset is within coverage but subscriber is not answering. Call Forwarding Not Reachable is activated when your handset is out of coverage area. Accelerated Call Forward is activated when you press the END key while being called. Used in instances when you would not prefer to take a call.
IDD Capable
Make a long distance calls to anywhere in the world. Interested parties need to apply at our office. A security deposit of $100 is required.
Emergency Calling
Emergency calls (911) to public safety response center is supported.
Dual Tone Multi-Frequencing Overdial
Allow users to interact with interactive automated voice attendants which require users to input digits to perform certain activities like credit card information.
Call Restriction
Subscribers may program call restrictions to control calling activities especially in companies. There are several types of call restrictions offered like outgoing or incoming cellular call restriction, pay call restrictions for 900 numbers, IDD call restrictions for international long distance calls.
Nationwide Minutes
Calling New York or L.A costs the same as calling Tumon or Garapan. iCONNECT subscribers can now reach more than 350 million mobile and local phones in the US, Alaska, and the CNMI with NO long distance charge.
Nationwide minutes are charged the same as local cellular calls for both prepaid and post-paid accounts (For post paid accounts, Nationwide Minutes are part of the free cellular airtime pool. Should you exceed the free cellular airtime allocation, Nationwide Minutes will be charged the same rate as a cellular call depending on the plan subscribed).
Nationwide Minutes are 12 cents a minute for unlimited prepaid and postpaid plans and are billed separately and are not part of the unlimited plans.
Call Waiting
If you have a second caller while on a call, you can put the first call on hold and answer the second call.
